Sell It for a Buck,  based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area, is a classified service that lets you advertise merchandise and services on the World Wide Web for as little as a buck!

Pricing Policy

The cost of your ad includes 10 words of ad copy for a single line item. Your phone number and e-mail address count as one word each. For each line item, each additional 10 words or portion thereof costs an additional $1.00. Each additional line item costs $1.00 per 10 words.

Ad rates are as follows:

Ads for events, wanted, and services cost $1.00.

Ads for sale items priced from $1 to $10,000 cost $1.00.

Ads for sale items priced from $10,001 to $100,000 cost $2.00.

Ads for sale items priced $100,001 and over cost $3.00

Pricing Examples

Four Labrador puppies 8 wks., $200 each. Scott 800-888-8888	This ad costs $1 because there is a single under $10,000 line item for sale (Labrador puppies) and the total ad length is 9 words.
Four Labrador puppies $200 each 8 wks. AKC registered. Scott 800-888-8888	This ad costs $2 because there is a single under $10,000 line item for sale (Labrador puppies) and the total ad length is 11 words.
Labrador puppies $200 each. Rottweiler puppies $200 each. Scott 800-888-8888	This ad costs $2 because there are two line items (Labrador puppies and Rottweiler puppies), even though the total ad length is only 10 words.
1966 Corvette blue pristine $35,000. 1985 Mustang 75K $4,000. 555-123-4567.	This ad costs $3 because the first line item (Corvette) is over $10,000 but under $100,000 and the second item (Mustang) is under $10,000.
Oceanfront Maui estate, 5 bedroom 6 bath, on 17 acres near resorts. Separate 2 bedroom 3 bath guest house and 2 bedroom 2 bath caretaker's house. $16,000,000.	This ad costs $5 because the sale item is over $100,000 (so the first 10 words cost $3) and the total ad length is 27 words ($1 for the next 10 words and another $1 for the final 10 words or portion thereof).

All ads for items for sale must include the asking price of the item.

NOW YOUR AD RUNS UNTIL YOUR ITEM SELLS!!!  New ads are listed every Thursday. Business and Service ads run for 30 days. Renewals must be received before the 30-day listing runs out or the ad will be dropped. Be sure to include your ad phone number on your renewal check or money order.

If your item is sold you can e-mail sifab@msn.com  or call 1-507-301-1798 to have your ad removed from the Sell It for a Buck Web page. There is no charge to remove items from the Sell It for a Buck Web page. No refunds will be given for items removed from the listing before their expiration date.

Include your phone number on all voice messages and written correspondence, because we use your phone number to reference your ad in our database. Be sure to give us the same phone number each time you refer to the same ad!

Mail your Ad copy and a Check or Money Order Only for the correct amount (See the Pricing Policy section, above) With Your Ad Phone Number On It.
